Payment

Payment is accepted online via all major credit cards. Our payment server is 100% secure: we use certificate encryption to protect your transactions.

Orders

Orders will be shipped upon successful completion of all payments due. Please allow 5 to 10 days for delivery, depending on size and quantity of order. Larger items/orders may take longer.

Your order confirmation number will be emailed to you. Order status can be tracked online via your user account.

PLEASE NOTE: The orthopedic beds for both dogs and cats, and the Doxie Wear, Cooling Coats, Cozy Fleece Coats, and Rain Coats for dogs are all custom made for your best friends to ensure correct fit, and extra pampering -- so please give us additional shipping/delivery time for these extra special products.

Returns

We will gladly accept returns of items if you find a manufacturing fault. Please contact our Customer Service Department at (888) 251-0183, Ext. 1012, prior to returning the item so we can give you an authorization number for your return, and begin the process of determining the need to issue a credit. Shipping charges for a return are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note: no returns will be accepted without an authorization number issued by our Customer Service Department.

Shipping

Packages will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. We charge you only the shipping costs we incur, plus a handling fee. Shipping charges listed with the products, and on the checkout page are approximate. You will receive a refund, in the form of a store credit, if shipping and handling charges to your location are significantly less than the amount quoted. Additional shipping costs to those quoted will be charged to your credit card.

We ship to all US states. Delivery times will vary, according to destination.

We do not sell or share your information with outside companies or third parties.
